Our Coffee Selection

Our green coffee beans are carefully selected from some of the finest beans in the world. They are harvested from growing regions in Africa, Indonesia, and Central and South America and blended to satisfy a range of taste preferences. We also have single source offerings, including our Columbian and Costa Rican Tarrazu and organic coffee that is USDA certified by Quality Assurance International and Certified Fair Trade. 

Roasted to Perfection

Premium coffees are expertly blended and roasted in microlots for superior flavor. The finest green coffee beans are purchased and stored in a temperature controlled environment to ensure their freshness prior to roasting. They are roasted to perfection in state of the art PID temperate-controlled coffee roasters. Last but not least, our coffees are air-cool, NOT water quenched for optimal flavor. 

Whole Bean Coffee

Ideal For A Wide Range of Coffee Brewing Methods

Our coffees are ideal for a wide range of brewing methods - from espresso to French Press. We recommend our whole bean coffee for espresso, as well as the use of a quality burr grinder. Whole bean or preground will work for other types of coffee brewing methods, including batch brew/drip, pour over and French Press. 

In-House Single Serve Pod Production

Unlike most single serve pods on that market that are packed by large copackers, our coffee pods are packed on our in-house packing equipment.

Our pods work with most single-serve brewers including the difficult to accommodate Keurig® 2.0 Kcup brewer.

Most pods on the market today are made from difficult to recycle #7 plastic. In contrast, our cups are made from #5 recyclable, single layer polypropylene. 

After the coffee is ground, it is immediately packed into single serve pods to prevent flavor loss from oxidation. Our pods are then dual heat sealed to ensure an airtight bond. Prior to sealing, nitrogen is applied to prevent oxidation.

Chaga Mushroom* Extract

Chaga Mushroom Extracts*Commonly referred to as a mushroom, chaga is actually a hard sterile conk that is a canker disease on birch trees. Birch trees contain precursor compounds such as the triterpenoid betulin. Chaga draws betulin and other precursors directly from the birch tree and turns them into inotodiol, trametenolic acid and betulinic acid. Chaga is traditionally used for stomach illnesses and immunity issues.

Cordyceps Mushroom Extract

Cordyceps Mushroom ExtractA large body of research has demonstrated that Cordyceps militaris has similar active compounds and activities to C. sinensis. Maitake Mushroom Extract

Maitake Mushroom ExtractDuring the 1990’s Japanese scientists led by Dr. Hiroki Nanba carried out extensive research demonstrating the activity of Maitake beta-glucans as immune system potentiators. Their research identified and commercialized a concentrated beta-glucan called D-fraction or MT-1. This fraction has a ratio of beta-glucan to protein of 7:3.

Reishi Mushroom Extract

Reishi Mushroom ExtractScientific research into the compounds responsible for Reishi mushroom activity began in the 1970’s in China and Japan. Scientists discovered highly active beta-(1>3)-glucans with the ability to potentiate innate immunity by activating immune cells.
